Exhibition: The thin skin of earth - our soils

We wish to inform you about the launch of the exhibition The thin skin of earth - our soils in the European Parliament on October 13, 2015, starting at 19:00 hrs. The touring exhibition has been set up by the Senckenberg-Museum of Natural History Görlitz, a museum specialized in soil organisms. The exhibition will draw attention to the precious and fragile ecosystem under our feet. It presents the diversity and beauty of soil organisms, as well as their environmental value. The opening will mark an exciting initiative within the International Year of Soils 2015.
