Policy paper Carbon Stocks in Soils

This summer ISO/TC 190/WG 1 published its policy paper “Accounting for Carbon Stocks in Soils and Measuring GHGs Emission Fluxes from Soils: Do We Have the Necessary Standards?” in Frontiers in Environmental Science, edition July 2017.

A main goal of writing this paper was to attract new experts in ISO/TC 190 and to receive more support from policy makers to work in ISO/TC 190 on soil topics related to climate change issues.
